Our App requests access to your device's camera for the following specific purposes:
QR Code Scanning: To scan QR codes during vendor punch card games and events
Profile Images: To allow you to take and upload profile pictures
What We Do NOT Do
We do NOT store, sell, share, or distribute any images taken through the camera
We do NOT retain copies of QR codes after they are processed
We do NOT use camera data for any purpose other than the functionality described above
How We Use Your Information
The camera functionality in our App is used exclusively for:
Processing QR codes in real-time during vendor punch card games
Allowing users to capture profile images for their accounts
All camera processing is done locally on your device. Images are not transmitted to our servers unless you explicitly choose to save a profile image.
Data Storage and Security
QR code data is processed immediately and not stored
Profile images are stored securely and are only accessible to you
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data

Revoke camera permissions at any time through your device settings
Request deletion of your profile image

Account Deletion
To request that your data be deleted from the Juice Events app, please follow these steps:

Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line
Request to close your account in your message
Data That Will Be Deleted:
Your profile picture
Your profile information
Your account credentials and login information
Retention Period: Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of processing your deletion request. This action cannot be undone.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy in the App and updating the "Effective Date" above.
